Booking & Payment (50% Deposit)
A 50% deposit confirms your booking — pay securely online by Visa/Mastercard or PayPal, or by bank transfer on request. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before departure; day excursions can be paid online or at pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Day excursions & short experiences (under 24 hours): free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup. Nile cruises & multi-day packages: the 50% deposit is fully refundable when you cancel more than 50 days before departure; within 50 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Peak Season & Holiday Bookings
For trips scheduled during peak seasons, festive periods, or public holidays, all payments are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. These periods will be specified in your quotation before booking.
Door-to-door air-conditioned pickup and drop-off are included from all resorts in Hurghada, El Gouna, Sahl Hasheesh, Makadi Bay, Soma Bay, and Luxor. Simply enter your hotel name and room number during booking.
Your QR e-ticket is issued automatically once the 50% deposit is paid — instantly by card or PayPal, or after bank-transfer confirmation. The HTML receipt and pickup time are emailed to you right away, and the balance is due 30 days before departure (or at pickup for day excursions).
